Welcome to Yahlabk.ae, a UAE-licensed service platform providing assistance with vehicle registration renewals, RTA-related services, and other automotive administrative solutions within Dubai. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope

Yahlabk provides administrative assistance for vehicle registration renewals and authorized RTA-related services only. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating and completing these services on your behalf with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with UAE regulations.

2. Liability for Vehicle Condition and Contents

While your vehicle is in our care for the purposes of registration or any RTA-related process, Yahlabk is not liable for any personal items left inside the vehicle. We strongly advise all customers to remove all valuables and personal belongings before handing over their car for service.

Yahlabk does not accept any responsibility for missing items, loss, theft, or damage of any kind related to the vehicle’s contents.

3. Vehicle Damage Disclaimer

Yahlabk ensures proper handling and care of your vehicle during its transfer for service; however, we cannot guarantee the condition of the car beyond the services we provide. Any mechanical, cosmetic, or electronic issues arising before or after RTA service completion are not the responsibility of Yahlabk.

We recommend customers conduct a basic inspection of their vehicle before and after the handover process.

4. Documentation and Authorization

Clients must ensure all documents provided are accurate and valid. Yahlabk is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

5. Third-Party Services

Some services may require interaction with third-party service providers, such as testing centers or governmental authorities. While Yahlabk coordinates these on your behalf, we do not control third-party operations and are not liable for their service delays or decisions.

6. Service Completion and Communication

Yahlabk will notify you promptly upon completion of the requested service. Any follow-up or additional steps required will be communicated via your registered contact information. It is your responsibility to respond promptly to ensure service efficiency.
